Service health, Message Center, usage reports và Microsoft Adoption Score
Service Health Dashboard
Service Health hiển thị trạng thái thời gian thực của tất cả dịch vụ Microsoft 365. Admin có thể xem sự cố đang xảy ra, lịch sử sự cố và đăng ký nhận thông báo qua email/webhook.

Message Center
Message Center thông báo các thay đổi sắp tới: tính năng mới, cập nhật chính sách, hành động cần thực hiện. Admin nên kiểm tra hàng tuần.

Microsoft Adoption Score
Adoption Score đo lường mức độ sử dụng M365 theo 2 chiều: People experiences (communication, meetings, content, teamwork, mobility) và Technology experiences (endpoint health, network, M365 apps health). Thang điểm 0–100.

Lab A — Cấu hình Service Health Email Notification
- Vào admin.microsoft.com → Health → Service health.
- Click Preferences (biểu tượng cài đặt góc trên phải).
- Tab Email: bật Send me email notifications about service health. Nhập email nhận thông báo. Chọn dịch vụ muốn theo dõi: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint. Click Save.
- Tab Preferences: chọn loại sự cố muốn cảnh báo (Incident/Advisory). Click Save.
Email thông báo được gửi tự động khi có sự cố Exchange, Teams hoặc SharePoint.
Lab B — Xem Usage Reports và xuất CSV
- Vào Admin Center → Reports → Usage.
- Chọn Microsoft Teams → User activity. Xem các chỉ số: Meetings attended, Calls, Chat messages trong 30 ngày qua.
- Click Export → tải CSV về để phân tích trong Excel.
- Kiểm tra tab OneDrive → Site usage: xác định site đang dùng nhiều dung lượng nhất.

Lab C — Xem và cải thiện Adoption Score
- Vào Admin Center → Reports → Adoption score.
- Xem overall score và breakdown theo: Communication, Meetings, Content, Teamwork, Mobility.
- Chọn mục có điểm thấp (ví dụ Meetings 45/100) → xem recommended actions.
- Xem Technology experiences: kiểm tra Network connectivity score, App health.
Overall: 72 / 100
Communication: 85 / 100
Meetings: 45 / 100 <- cần cải thiện
Content: 78 / 100
Teamwork: 80 / 100

Tình huống thực tế: EVN và M365 Adoption Program
Tập đoàn điện lực thúc đẩy adoption sau migration
EVN — Điện lực Việt Nam, 30,000 nhân viên
EVN hoàn thành migration lên M365 sau 8 tháng. Adoption Score ban đầu chỉ 38/100 — nhân viên vẫn dùng email và file share cũ. IT và HR cộng tác lập trương trình adoption 90 ngày: (1) Champion network — mỗi phòng có 1 người champion; (2) Teams Adoption campaign; (3) Hàng tuần xem Message Center để giới thiệu tính năng mới; (4) Dashboard theo dõi score hàng tháng. Sau 90 ngày: score tăng lên 71/100, giảm 60% email nội bộ (thay bằng Teams chat).
