Lab thực hành: M365 Apps Deployment và Viva Insights
Cấu hình update channel, servicing profile và kích hoạt Viva Insights
Lab A — Cấu hình Update Channel qua Admin Center
Thực hành tại: Microsoft 365 Apps Admin Center → Servicing → Servicing profiles
- Vào config.office.com → Servicing → Servicing profiles → + Create profile.
- Đặt tên:
MEC-Production. Channel: Monthly Enterprise Channel. - Waves: tạo 2 wave. Wave 1 (ngày 1–5 tháng): group Pilot-Users (50 người). Wave 2 (ngày 6–15): tất cả còn lại.
- Exclusion dates: thêm các ngày công ty không muốn cập nhật (tháng 12, Tết Nguyên Đán). Click Create.
- Kiểm tra Inventory: xem phiên bản Office của từng device — xác nhận Wave 1 devices đã update sau ngày thứ 5.
Kết quả đầu ra mọng đợi
Inventory hiển thị device Wave 1 đang chạy phiên bản mới nhất của Monthly Enterprise Channel.
Lab B — Deploy M365 Apps silently bằng Intune
Thực hành tại: Microsoft Intune Admin Center → Apps → Windows → + Add
- Vào intune.microsoft.com → Apps → Windows → + Add.
- App type: chọn Microsoft 365 Apps (Windows 10 and later). Click Select.
- App Suite Configuration: chọn apps cần (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). Update channel: Monthly Enterprise Channel. Architecture: 64-bit.
- Assignments: add group M365-Apps-Devices. Assignment type: Required. Click Review + create → Create.
- Device trở online sẽ tự động cài M365 Apps trong vòng 8 giờ.
Lab C — Kích hoạt Viva Insights cho user
Thực hành tại: Microsoft 365 Admin Center → Settings → Org settings → Viva Insights
- Vào admin.microsoft.com → Settings → Org settings → tab Services → chọn Viva Insights.
- Bật: Viva Insights in Microsoft Teams. Bật: Briefing email from Microsoft Viva. Click Save.
- User vào Teams → chọn app Viva Insights → xem dashboard cá nhân: Focus time, Meeting hours, Quiet hours impact.
- Manager có ≥ 9 direct reports tự động nhận Manager insights trong Viva Insights app.
